It’s been a while since I’ve gone to the gym. I’ve only been a handful of times since my daughter was born last September. A combination of a new work shift and having a new infant at home have limited my drive and willpower to go. I’m starting back tonight, however.
I’m hoping that I can now start getting back into this regularly. I went to the doctor last week, and I am back up at 300lbs again. I’m still 30 pounds down from my biggest, but I’m disappointed that I’ve let myself hit 300 again. I need to do this for myself, as much as it’s for my children to make sure I can be there for them as long as possible.
