We just got back from a week in Ocean City yesterday. I’m glad to be home, but I still wish I was there too. We had a good and relaxing time, which is exactly what we needed. We had some good food, which there is a lot of in Ocean City, bought some interesting things, and just generally hung out.

So, I’ve definitely been neglecting the old blog here, and the rest of the site as well.

Not a lot has changed, really. Still at the same job. Just got a raise. Still trying to work on the house a little at a time.

Not much else to report really.

It would appear that I haven’t blogged in two months. Things are quite alright. I’ll try to write an actual post soon.

Gas was $2.99 at a couple of gas stations on my way to work this morning. I never thought I’d be this happy to see gas be $3.

Unsurprisingly to most of you, I’m voting for, and support Bob Barr for president. The longer the campaign goes on, the less I like about Obama and McCain.

I can’t seem to ever write a proper blog anymore. I’m not really sure what’s been up with me lately, but the writing inspiration has gone away. I think it’s mostly the job, because I’m not at a desk in front of a computer all day anymore.

Andrea and I are going away for the weekend of the 11th. I can’t wait. I really need some time away. I’m taking off the Friday too, so that makes it even more awesome.

We’ve been in the house almost a full month now. It’s kind of hard to believe it’s only been that long. I feel like I’ve lived here my entire life now.

We don’t really get out of the house much, because money is a bit tight. Once we get ourselves situated better, and can formulate a good budget, I think we’ll be ok.

For anybody who reads this who doesn’t know, Andrea and I have been in our house now since Friday night. We love it. It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s ours, and that’s incredibly awesome.
